Renegade Row
Просмотров 1364 года назад
The renegade row is an exercise that holds the top position of a front plank (with your hands only, no forearms), and improves upon upper back and scapular musculature by adding in a row. This is a difficult variation because the tendency is to move or sway at the hips - the purpose is to also recruit the obliques to prevent this swaying while rowing! ptmomentum momentumpt.com/mom...

Perfectly Clear ,no nonsense! Thank You
Thanks vro
Short and easy to understand, thank you
Nice little vid! I was having front knee pain at the end of the motion right before setting the kettlebell down. Your video let me see that having the kettlebells outside my legs was incorrect. Having the bells inside my legs fixed the knee pain issue. Thanks!
What is that motion for. I have knee pain did that ..knees felt better. And i was sweating a lot.
When side planking, is the side closest to the floor or the side towards the ceiling getting more engaged in this? Thank you for sharing an amazing post!
Hi. Does this exercise help fix shoulder protraction?
Why tf would you do this? Totally worthless, do bicep curls separate and lunges do
Wonderful explanation!
Thank you so much! This was so helpful
That’s awful technique. Everything is bad about it. No full extension in hip, knees. How much can you load it, not even half of what you could when done properly.
Did you say A.D. ductors lol
Well it can easily be misheard as abductors, it is a bit like NATO phonetic alphabet, alpha delta ductors lol
does this burn belly fat?
all cardio exercise burn belly fat
Yes. It will help boost your metabolism
Technically yeah, but I know you've probably already been told this: "You can't really target which part of your body you lose fat from, since your body kinda does that on its own. The best way to just lose fat is for real to just go on a diet of like 1400kcal and not lower, since any lower will cause your metabolism to slow down as a survival mechanism and cause you to lose less fat." Also, building muscle can actually speed up your metabolism so you can also just train for muscles by eating protein rich foods like chicken and stuff to gain muscle while at the same time not overeating or anything.
Thank you so helpful.
Thank you
Gracias me ayudo mucho tu video a tener la técnica correcta.
